The Protest Series
I am working on a series inspired by protest songs of the sixties and seventies using a play of words from a title, the title or a phrase from a song. The events of recent years make me question what we have learned since then as I consider our involvement in Iraq, the real estate debacle, expansion of access to medical care, immigration, social justice and economic inequality.
